HexGL is a 3D time-trial racer that rewards reading the track ahead of the craft rather than reacting at the last moment. The road can narrow while the sense of speed increases, so a late steering correction is often worse than a slightly slower, centered line. Use the opening stretch to learn how far the craft moves for a brief key press. On a bend, begin turning before the edge reaches the nose of the craft, then straighten as the exit opens. It is one of the more demanding browser games in this catalog because the 3D scene needs WebGL graphics support. If movement feels delayed, close other heavy tabs before trying to improve a run.
